Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strong brewed tea chilled
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 lemon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong cup of tea and let it cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator until cold.
  2. Stir honey or agave syrup into the cooled tea until fully dissolved, then squeeze in fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
  3. Pour the sweetened tea into a freezer-safe container or ice cube trays and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  4. Once frozen, transfer the tea cubes to the blender and pulse a few times to break them into smaller chunks.
  5. Blend the tea cubes on high speed until smooth and slushy, adding a splash of cold water if needed to loosen the mixture.
  6. Pour the frosty blend into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately for the best icy texture.
